Speak Up - Explorers (K to 2)

Eight short adventures about speaking up, for children who are still learning to write. Mostly drawing and practising out loud, with a grown up reading along.

Who it is for

Kindergarten to grade 2, roughly ages five to eight. Particularly good for the child who goes quiet in a group, or the one who talks plenty but nobody can follow.

• My Big Talk Standing up in front of the family and doing all of it at once

How it works

No schedule and no start date. Each adventure takes about twenty minutes. The instructions are written for you to read aloud, not for them to read.

Every drawing page has a box where you write down what your child said about their picture. At this age the talking is the point.
